Le Mehdi is a well-known and beloved chef in Frankfurt, recognized for his brand Auswärtskochen, where he can transform any location into a functioning kitchen. Together, we developed a new YouTube format called Auswärtsessen — a concept that takes viewers from cooking on the go to enjoying food outdoors. Each episode explores Frankfurt’s hottest food spots while offering authentic insights into gastronomy, culture, craftsmanship, and the people behind the scenes.
In this project, I am responsible for the full production process, including filming, post-production, sound design, and color grading — shaping the visual identity and storytelling of the entire series.
